Purple & Pink Sky

Life is simple, don't make it complicated. I like to take picture of sky especially when i see the colour of the sky is different from usual. Sometimes it's in pink, purple, orange, blue colour ... It's just beautiful, i can't describe in words. I sure i will post more pictures of coloured sky next time. Bye readers, i ciao lorrrr. Tomorrow i'm having back to back classes. Opps !

每一个人都有情绪
有些人的情绪管理比较差我们称之为情绪化
有些人的情绪管理很好，好到不管什么事情似乎不会影响他们的情绪
学会情绪管理这一课很重要
我们都知道没有谁会陪谁到永远
也不可能会有另一个人突然离开，
我们大哭，大喊，不想继续生活等等...之后呢？
我们还是要继续生活，对吧？

有很多很多的时候我们不开心，我们需要有人和自己说话
来分散我们的不开心或者是说几个白痴笑话哄自己开心
可是，我们都很清楚的是别人没有那义务要哄自己开心
当自己不开心的事情
有朋友才身边倾诉
这是一件十分庆幸的事情
请记得那是上天给我们的Bonus，不是必然的。
可是当不开心的时候找不到任何适合的人倾诉
那不是你的错，你的好朋友们也没有错
大家都有自己该忙的东西
那时候的你必须学会自己啃下那些不开心的事。

当我遇到不开心的事情且找不到适合的人倾诉
我会选择自己哭够就算
我会抱着船到桥头自然直的心态
然后把不开心的东西写出来
心里的不开心也会慢慢消减
然后到明天早上，新的一天，我还是别人眼中很快乐的我。

我们不能在每一次自己不开心的时候都希望有人出现安慰自己
或者是有人能和自己说话
即使真的有人出现和你倾谈 你也只能当一个Bonus
当找不到任何适合的对象倾诉
你必须学会自己消化掉不开心
我只能说 给自己一点时间 一点空间 一点属于自己一个人的安静
那样那些不开心的情绪 事情
会慢慢离你而去的

情绪和感情往往都是息息相关的
处理不好任何一方 都会导致另外一方
发生不愉快的事情
我觉得当自己情绪不好 最重要的是
给自己一点时间
生气的时候 说的话
都不可以收回的
所以 当我生气的时候
我会选择沉默
如果我突然间说了一句气话
我会立刻道歉

希望大家管理好自己的心情，别人不欠你一句叮咛的话。

What a 20 year old girl wants ?

I can't deny that i'm still a little girl even though my 20 year old is coming so soon. Ermm ... left about 3 months, this year maybe i live too busy to count how many days left to my birthday. This is really over, because last year and few years ago, i was the one keep counting how many days left to my birthday yet this year i totally forgot about this important task. Hey, what you wished when you were 20 year old ? To have a good result ? Bright future ? A boyfriend ? A no budget shopping ? 20 year old is like a point, a check point in our life. It marks there we have pass through this line, and the main character, yourself already done running this 20 years marathon. So ya, what have you done ?

Not to say my life is perfect yet i'm trying my best to make it perfect for me because the word perfect defines different meaning to everyone. Perfect to me is when i got nothing to worry much, i live in happiness more than sadness i think that counts perfect life i want. Here comes June, the month i hate the most i guess i mentioned early in other post. I gonna live in a busy life with my academic, activities, outings and others. Life goes on. 20 year old, i haven't prepare much for it despite i have my blue print for my future, i just hope my future will go as what i have planned. People, this post is just wanna cheer myself up a little. Thank you for listening craps here.

Back to hospital ; Busy day

Bang! People, i back to hospital on Wednesday's morning because of my serious stomach problems. Hey, don't worry i'm fine people. The reason why i don't like to back hospital is because i didn't like to inject some medicine by others then i feel asleep, and i can't feel anything. The feeling is same like a dead person, you cannot feel the pain inside your body. So ya, everything goes right! I remember the Doctor Jason Chin told me that i wasn't having a serious problem like 2 years ago, it was a small matter but my mom insisted to magnify it. My mom forced me to do ultrasound scan in order to make sure every thing/ organ inside my body is doing their job well. I did it! The Doctor said, if i don't want my mom forever nag me, he asked me find a husband or boyf to control me ! Anyone ? lol ! Isn't it weird ? Doctor asks me to find husband and boyf -.-'' Like doctor like friend lol

Well! Skip the part i went to hospital, today was another busy day for me. Since i'm PR of Chinese Cultural Society in HELP University, i have to be there for my society's event. Today in the department of student affair (DSA) was having a big society and club's day ! It was a blast with people around, even we don't know each other but we played together ! So happy ! The theme for the day is Pirate, but when i first stepped in the DSA, i saw zombies ! Omfg !!! hahahahaha I wonder if i went to the wrong place! It was a blast blast, happy happy, fun fun event ! Super happy! Although i have to be transporter, because after i done the ultrasound in Gleneagles Intan Medical Center @ Jalan Ampang, i have to drive back to Pusat Bandar Damansara jalan dungun there! After the event, i drove from PBD to Jalan Ampang again! Thank you Waze, or else i will stuck in da jam and don't know take more than 20925253985 minutes to reach Jalan Ampang at 4pm like that, the beginning of busy hour. I'm a busy body, trust me hehehehehehe

Hey people, today i back from the super short 2 days 1 night camp with bunch of friends. They are not my colleagues or my committees or whatever ... but my friends. To stress on one point that is ... i wasn't supposed, encouraged to join this camp, due to my serious stomachache. Ohhhh,  my serious stomachache is just a same old same old problem. Okay, i do not want to mention much on my sickness ! Let's look at some pictures taken during the camp !! =]
